materials, such as TREX. Working with modular 4'x4' removable pallets insures
conformity with Co-op bylaws.
Our
familiarity with NYC building codes, Landmark statutes and Co-op and Condominium
restrictions and bylaws allows us to anticipate and tackle most approval issues
before they become problematic. All construction is performed in concert with
