in Midtown
This midtown condominium owner wanted a pool in his backyard terrace. Taking
great care to obtain all required permits and Committee approval, a columned
Roman-style pool and deck were built up from bare terrace space, along with
a separate dining/activity area. The strong design elements of columns and statuary
reflect the very traditional nature of their interior.
